  Clients sign a contract with MBN outlining the services which will be provided by MBN, as well as the information which MBN will need to work the cases, and the payment structure which the client will need to pay MBN – only upon first receiving payment from the insurance carrier. In addition, there is a business agreement signed, as well as a HIPPA agreement.
  
• Are you a billing service or a collection agency?
